- What counts as an employee?
- People with an active onboarding plan in Runway — not everyone on payroll. Finished hires don't count against your tier.
- What happens when we grow past a tier?
- You move to the next tier when you add the hire that crosses the line. Nothing stops working in the meantime.
- Do employees pay for a login?
- No. Employee logins and join codes are included in every tier, including the free one.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- No setup fee and no annual lock-in. Tiers are monthly.
